Take so long to ship. When asked if got visible stains or wear to the bag, said “none, like new”. Arrived very dirty, got rust and stains, lots of pet hair and tissue is brown when wipe. Disgusting how seller can send item in these conditions and list as “Like New”.

I've asked for refund twice but now seller not responding. I have no choice but to give low review.
