Scammer!!! it's a very dishonest company. Their prices are different from what they list on Carousel. It's hard to have long-term customers if you do business like this,not reliable ,Very disappointing.

BECAREFUL OF 30DAYS WARRANTY WHICH THEY WILL NOT ENTERTAIN YOU, THEY WILL ASK YOU TO TOP UP AND IF YOU DON'T WANT, THEY WILL BLOCKED YOUR CONTACT. MY AIRCON AFTER SERVICING (DEEP CLEANING) 1 UNIT 160SGD, BILL INDICATED AS CHEMICAL CLEANING...AFTER SERVICE HAS CONDENSATION DUE TO THE FLAP CANNOT OPEN FULLY, TRIED MANUAL AND IT HAPPENED AGAIN AFTER OFF, BEFORE SERVICING IT WAS GOOD ONLY DUST

Very disappointing service and poor accountability. We engaged Cooling Aircon Service to wash and service all 5 of our air-conditioning units. During the servicing, their workers used water from our master room toilet. They removed the hose connected to our water heater and swapped it with the ones in guest toilet, but did not put the hoses back in their original positions after finishing the job

Did a half job. Took the 1 unit basic cleaning and they literally use a vacuum and that's it. Less than 3 mins and went off. Not satisfied

Wanted General servicing. But to be honest their general servicing is very superficial cleaning only. Even we can do it ourselves except for the vacuum suction of the pipe.

Seller is very prompt in his replies, effectively arranged for an on-site visit within the same week and installed it the very following day. The AC installers were friendly, professional in their work and knowledgeable in their craft. Very content with their service from start to finish. Highly recommended!
