Seller not responding after the shipping. Ask if the item doesn’t have any issues but when I checked upon arrival it has a tear near the button and yellow stains in collar. Please reply asap

Follow-up review
Seller reached out & asked why the low rating. Said dapat iniform nya ako to manage my expectation. Apologetic naman sya & ako rin 4 rating low. Promised na papadala na & then ihahatid na lang daw & refund me the SF. Last minute ininform ako na may issue. At this point I just asked for a refund, until now i haven’t received refund. Not judging d person just d experience. Transact at your own risk.

Sorry for delay ma’am because of this typhoon 🙏🏻
The seller is legitimate, and the item arrived as described. However, shipping was delayed, which was disappointing since I paid promptly. While the seller communicated reasons for the delay, it was a bit frustrating. I trust they understand the importance of timely shipping and hope this was an isolated incident that won’t happen again. Overall, I still recommend this seller based on the quality
Sorry for a bit delayed ma’am i explained it to u why the shipment will delayed because we have an a event, But i shipped it to you with freeship dont worry 🙏🏻
