Seller claimed that item is Brand New but it came with defect that he did not declare. He repeatedly told me need to tape the handle during transaction, little did I know that the handle had defect which he taped with bubble wrap. Pretty disappointing and dishonest.

Allowed me a play test of his Head Gravity Pro 2025 tennis racket before I decide whether to buy or not. Secured a court at his place for the play test, and brought his balls and ball machine. Although I decided not to buy in the end, he did not expect anything in return. Where to find a seller like that? Nobody else would do this. Very kind-hearted and gentlemanly.
