Great communication

Despite it being my cat's first time grooming, she was handled with care without causing much stress to her. Appreciate the patience and professionalism shown.

Groomers were very patient with my cat. My cat is usually afraid of strangers but they made him feel comfortable. They also allowed me to be around my cat during the grooming so he will feel less anxious. Recommended.

Excellent and experience groomers. Gave us plenty of tips and advice and even coach my son to how to hold our cat when grooming. We decided to sign up for their package. Thanks for coming, even though my request was a bit last minute.

Groomers were very professional with our cat, my wife even commented our cat just sat at groomers laptop during blow drying (he definitely screamed so loud during bathing lol) but overall he's quite calm and happy! Good job! Thanks!!

I had a wonderful experience overall. The groomer handled my cat with so much care and patience, ensuring she was comfortable the entire time. The cut was neat, nails trimmed perfectly, and my cat’s fur feels super soft. You can tell they genuinely care about animals. I’ll definitely be returning for future grooming sessions. Thank you!! 🩷
