bought an used Chanel Bag trusting her good reviews on this platform. Trusting her, i only check exterier. Did not open the bag as it was stuffed by tracing paper. Upon gg back, i message her discovered leather was unpolished and looking old. The flap was flimpsy and not rigid. Worst of all, the leather of the chain strap is an open stitch. I told her n she said she did not realised them. She claimed this was her first chanel of 7 yrs. Repair is beyond 2K +...case is under investigations
Buyer requesting for refund for a transaction done 6mths ago. Buyer checked the bag on the spot before we close the deal. I have sold her the bag at a reasonable price, it was used hence condition cant be perfect, pics was sent prior, buyer checked and accepted. She contacted me the next day on the open stitch which I’m not aware of. No pic was sent to show me. She mention she will send for repair. 6mths later claim repair cost is too high and she can’t resell the bag and is asking for refund.
