mia and didn't transfer the money back. can u transfer back the money or i'll report

update: seller was really inconsiderate. was delayed for 2 weeks! when i left a negative feedback after she MIA, she replied me. i was really patience & tried to understand the situation. But however there are still other seller that is busy like you. Can't tolerate anymore delays. I was looking forward & very keen to her item. She told me she can make it on this specific day, after i asked her what time, she didnt reply me at all. truly disappointed & very bad experience.
