The buyer was easy to deal with. The pick up arrangement was also easy.
Thank you Zul! Chloe
Buyer delayed the pick up for 1 more week than promised and did not update when the pick up is. Very frustrating to deal with them. Not recommended!
Made a fast deal, but buyer delayed pickup for over a week. I had to re-list and sell it to someone else.

Thank you so much! Chloe
I hv NEVER dealt with such an irresponsible and dishonest buyer in my 9 years with Carousel. Chloe was decisive & I accepted her offer, giving a huge discount. She asked to Reserve the sofa & set on it. WASTED so much time following up EVERYDAY for collection, now 15 days alr. Got endless excuses after excuses. BUYER/SELLERS, I can screenshot my chats to prove my frustration with Chloe. BLACKLIST!
Hey, we’re really sorry for the inconvenience, we have provided you with multiple solutions but your reasoning was “I just refuse to” and “ I don’t want to” Heavy item takes time and we will never ever overwork our movers and we stand by our decision. It wasn’t 15 days by the way, it was a mere 6 days. Go on to her profile and look at the chat logs. We’ve uploaded it. If it were genuinely our fault, we’ll definitely take full responsibility for it. Still, all the best to you. Chloe
