Edmund is a real caring dog lover who gives a lot of attention to the furkids. He's very detailed to Happy's boarding, like food and habits, items to bring along to make Happy feel at home. Happy settled in well and is fed well too, with regular walks day and night. He will also provide us a daily update with some photos and videos to keep us at ease while we are away. Strongly recommend!

Thank you for taking such good care of bailey like clipping his nails bc it was too long, and giving him dinner at your own expense because I didn’t prepare enough for the stay. Thank you for sending all the photos and videos too!! Also it was super sweet to receive the note as well as the Polaroid photos of bailey. Highly recommend. ☺️

When you travel and having a piece of mind. Edmund will constantly update video and photos and feeling my loves one are closed together with me. Good to let benji play with his fury friends too. Edmund was great and indeed putting in lots of good effort taking care, feeding benji lunch and dinner, walk him. I can see benji has enjoyed his 17 days staycation. You are really great, Edmund 🐩😊

It's my first time sending my puppy to a pet boarding place but i must say this is the BEST experience ever. Edmund is a super caring and nice person. He puts in a lot of effort to update us on our puppy everyday and even taught him some basic training. Daily updates of photos/videos of my dog and even went to get the food when it was finished.My dog really enjoyed the company of other dogs and had so much fun thru the daily walking and playing.Edmund is a true dog lover and even when my dog barked when left alone,he didnt mind to let her in to sleep with him in his room.in fact i can see my dog is sad to leave him,his hospitality and her friends. Great that i found Edmund who is trustworthy whom will really takecare of your pet as his own.tks)

Really a great experience boarding my dog under his care. Can see that he really loves animals and has a deep understanding for the care of these animals. Boarded my dog with him for 10 days and my dog came back happy, well groomed and even learnt few more tricks. Daily vids and pictures showed how much he spent quality time with my dog. I’m so glad that I chose furbbies pet palace as my boarder for my bunny! Edmund have taken great care of Hopps, providing him with whatever he needs! He gives a good amount of play time for him to roam around (with supervision), and for that I feel safe leaving Hopps with him. While I was overseas, Edmund provide daily updates on how Hopps is adapting along with photos and videos. I will definitely board with him again if I have to go overseas! :)
