Buyer unwilling to lower his price at the start and not even compromise. Subsequently, when we finally agreed to deal, buyer messaged me at 1950h to tell me he is 11 stops away from the meeting point and said to see me there. I went down promptly after 20 mins with my kid who was sick and suddenly he tells me that he stopped somewhere for dinner. Then when he finally arrived at the meeting point, he was not even looking out for me and I had to walk around looking for the person. Ridiculous.
