She's not active in Carousell.I transferred the money,then I had to message her on whatsapp personally after 24hrs, but then she replied she will replying in another 24hours. Then, I text again.She said she already replied all text.After I shared screenshot of my text+payment on Carousel, she just giving me a bluetick without any reply.After 5 days,many text on SMS,Ws'app & Carousel,she refund my money.It's NOT about how much the money, it's about how you manage & cater all customer.
as a buyer you should let the seller know when you want to transfer the payment.. not ignore the seller for 5-6 days and then you transfer the payment.. at least next time let the seller know when you want to make a payment.. if the buyer ignore our chat for 5-6 days we consider as they not interested anymore.. and make sure you have a money before dealing with seller so that buyer can deal on time.. thanks ☺️
