The buyer made an offer, suggested to trade on a certain day at certain time. On the day of trade: buyer said they're busy and will re-arrange meet up time. I mentioned they had history of flaking, and asked if they even actually want it, no response. Ghosting. Insincere, time waster. Do not deal. 買家提出交收時間，當日早上買家話有事唔可以交收再約，我提出買家有放飛機嘅記錄，到今日都無下問，基本上就係出價後決定唔要. 交收前都叫有交代,但其實唔要你話決定都係唔買lor. 浪費本人時間,再無下次.
