B4 purchase all gd. Declared all measurements when asked esp abt seat height. I asked cos I have a bad back & know china will do very low seats. I was told height 40 cm but came 35 cm. 45D foam dont feel like it is, too soft to be 45D. Seller claimed not to have seen sofa b4. Not only no QC but now shirking all responsibility. Now say 3 to 5 cm normal but declare 2 to 3 cm as normal at 1st

Never received the resolution mentioned by Seller to add further height, as claimed by Seller to-date. Even so, it would not reach height wanted and agreed, prior to order and would have added a big gap from floor to sofa due to addition of extra legs. Makes cleaning difficult too. A customed product not customed at all unfortunately for me. Believe this has totally no QC & dropshipped tranx.

Would not recommend. I dont mind minor defects but item received with so much damage, better off getting 2nd hand wardrobe. Installations done by a 3rd party company who came and had no idea how to install. Had to get them to come again and fix properly. Had gaps at the back and had to put the ugly tape that doesnt hold properly and worst the tape had finish so they couldnt even finish the job.

Hi good day, we tried to amend the problem and contacted you for consecutive 4 days but u do need wish to reply to get the problem solved and claimed not to pay the remaining payments and only reply until we claimed wanted to make a police report. Payment still not fully paid at the end. Hope u can understand that problems might occur, most importantly is whether take action to solve. Anw thank you for the experience
