Buyer initially said can only deal at a later date. I agreed and maintained the price which was agreed upon. Because of buyer, I had to reject higher offer only to have the buyer tell me that he is able to deal early. I do not recommend dealing with this buyer as he not only wasted my time, he also made me loose out on better deals. Deal at your own risk.
