due to some unforeseen reasons I have reached out buyer and she has requested for refund and communicated well with me. thank you. please communicate FIRST rather than lashing publicly as at the end, the problem can only be solved between us. How can I know buyer has a problem if I am not being told at the first place? anyhow, appreciate the fact she replied to my messages politely & calm and manu apologies for overlooked the problems.
