First and foremost, actual photo of items with packaging had been sent to the buyer prior to mailing out. Secondly, as parents too, we would never sell anything that would jeopardise a baby's health. Buyer mentioned that "he would not put anything on his baby if the material is not truly organic", demanded a full refund before willing to return the items. As seller we're happy to accept exchanges should there be a defect however in such, we're not obliged to since items have been well received.
Firstly, you cannot sell a product claiming it to be a particular brand and not actually sell the authentic product. This is an infringement of the trademarks Act chapter 332. Secondly, what has what I will put on my baby to do with the fact that you have mislead everyone into believing the bibs to be Matimati bibs? Had I know initially I wouldn't have bothered with the transaction. Lets see what Carousel have to say about this. Just received feedback from Matimati, the bibs are fake.
