Follow-up review

Buyer purchased my air cooler at a low price, expects the USED air cooler of 2-3 years to be in almost new condition. If she was really concerned, she should have asked for photos first. Not go back and disassemble everything then sent me photos of what seems like small dirt issue then request for a refund. Also, parked at my next block and I had to carry the heavy air cooler all the way there 🙄

I’m sorry that you didn’t get the purpose of my feedback. i rated the transaction 4* because of the massive dust and dirt that’d accumulated within the air cooler after i dismantled to clean it. I was unable to thoroughly clean it, so i ended up disposing it. I’d no issue with the process & method of transaction. Hence, was disappointed to have you find fault & drop my rating from 5* to 1*. But if that makes you feel better about the 4* & honest review i had posted, I’ll just accept it.
