Been training with Gerard for a while and it’s been a really positive experience. He pays attention to how I’m performing and adjusts the exercises accordingly instead of pushing too much at once. I like that the sessions are structured and comfortable, and I can gradually see myself getting stronger. Would definitely recommend!!

Gerard is a highly recommended PT. He has great communication skills & open to feedback. That’s really important for an adult client like myself. Not all workouts are suitable, he will provide alternative instead of forcing you to accept it. He is patient & willing to explain the workouts and usage of muscle groups. He even changes the workout routine so that your body doesn’t get used to it.

I took up a trial session and completing my 8th package session with Gerard and the experience thus far, has been amazing. I wasn’t very sure of the routine he planned for me initially, but I grew to love it! Gerard must be good at customising a good workout plan to meet his clients’ needs 👍🏽 and he coaches well too! Love the location and it’s also a nice cosy home gym! No distractions- all focus💪🏽

Shared with Gerard some of my goals in terms of fitness after not having worked out in awhile. Gerard planned a workout that’s manageable even at my level. Been going for a few sessions and I feel my overall stamina and strength is better. Thanks Gerard!

I really enjoy training here with Gerard. He takes the time to understand areas I need to work on and pointed out my posture issues, helping me exercise more effectively and safely. I also love that it’s a cosy, private 1-to-1 gym, so every session feels personalised. For the quality of coaching and attention you get, it’s definitely great value for money.

An attentive, knowledgeable, and highly experienced trainer. Training is focused, time-efficient, and well-structured. While the home gym setup is modest and simple, it is functional and effective, making good use of free weights. Ideal for those who are serious about training without relying on fancy equipment or conventional gyms.

Awesome job! Exterior finishing on my car was fantastic. Highlighted some defects on my car at places that I have never knew about. Very detailed. Interior cleaning and detailing was great too. Apart from the works, he was very punctual for the appointment. Quick and prompt replies. Will definitely deal again! Thanks!
