Buyer asked for normal mail and I obliged and sent pictures of postage. But buyer posted negative feedback as did not receive. On my part, I've fulfilled the transaction. I explained I don't control Singpost and my account states that there is the option of registered mail. I was agreeable that we take this up to Carousell admin for their resolution if buyer preferred.
Thanks for feedback! Pleasure to transact with you too =)
Wonderful dealer and received item on time! Thank you so much!
Deal was smooth and easy. Item came in good condition and fast, too. Thanks! :)
Sincere buyer with fast replies. Hassle free transaction. Hope to deal with u again. :)
Absolute pretentious and untrustworthy buyer, claims she has evidence but even when we took this issue to carousel admins to resolve after, they couldn't do anything because of the lack of "evidence". Harasses you daily to get an update like she is a fat girl with no friends sitting by the desktop nothing to do. Sellers please beware of her. Buyers do stay away. She is an absolute waste of my time and breath.
Didn't give evidence of posting as promised till days later after reminder. Original listing said 40g of item but posted me 14g. When asked, claimed "employee made mistake". Posted back item for refund with pic proof. But claimed didn't receive & refused to refund. Refused my video evidence each time I offered. And throughout, seller wasn't apologetic of mistake made. I've had numerous transactions; this was worst experience I've had on Carousell. Waited patiently 2 mths before giving neg fdback
