We had some initial communication gap, seller was fair and apologized for the issue. Made good on additional costs incurred and rectified the situation.
Teak Solid Wooden Cabinet Bookshelf
S$375
1st pickup-buyer change mind. 2nd pickup-no agreed time; calls, whatsapp, Carousell chat unanswered so I (seller) unreachable due to phone on silent. So buyer should NEVER have sent movers to my house, just to coincide with pickup from a different seller. 3rd time pick up, buyer demanded I pay transport. Distressed, pressured I agreed then regret cos item heavily discounted + mistake not on me 🥺😢
