My advice is should you decide to deal with him always get a non refundable deposit from him first. Its my fault really, after reading he has 3 out of 8 negative feedbacks I still went ahead with the deal. Stood me up over a $15 deal, waited half hour, no show, didn't rely my messages. 15 dollar is not an issue but wasting half a hour of my time is. As old as you are you should man the f-up and just tell the person you are no longer interested in the deal. I do hope you teach your kids better.
