This buyer ghosted me! On day of check in did not appear at hotel lobby. Called her few times and she din picked up my call. Texted me later and said that family emergency matter, need to fly back to china immediately, forget to tell me can't check in room already. Just felt that as a responsible buyer, should at least inform me as early as possible so that I can try to sell off my hotel room. :(
Sorry for what happened，that day suddenly recived call from my mother in china，and she felt not well i have to rush back，too rush to inform you，so last mins to inform you. really sorry. and also the deposit paid can cover your lose. Seek your understanding. Again apologize.

Not worth a star. Unpunctual buyer. An hour late on the meeting time as she requested. Never comply with hotel room occupancy limit. Allowed the room exceeded the numbers of guests stayed. Texted me at night around 11pm to request for extra bed. Claimed herself as an agent. But not the attitude an agent should have. Problematic buyer. Never want to deal with this type of buyer anymore.
