Ms Hafifah is very friendly and super helpful. She arranged to collect from her brother, unfortunately didn’t get to meet her. But the item is perfect as described still in its original wrapping and we are very happy with our purchase! Warranty wise all no problem also, managed to get the warranty registered. Loved dealing with Ms Hafifah, she was so helpful and sent the information needed too! TQ
