Buyer claimed item was faulty. My policies were no refunds and i even tried my best to provide him the best assistance. I have video proof of it working perfectly fine before sending out to him. No refunds is to protect myself. I provided him assistance even outside of carousell (proof). How can be sure that was my chiller that was sold to him. Models could be identical.
