Buyer expected an almost new product despite buying second-hand. All details, including batch number and condition, were shown clearly in the listing. A week after receiving the item, they filed a complaint to Carousell claiming it was expired — then stopped replying after I explained everything. Unreasonable expectations and poor communication. Sellers, proceed with caution.
Who stopped communicating ?? 😅 I have texted you once I knew that I received expired perfume and it was you who is not responding until I complained No statement on the listing on the production date actually I checked the perfume SN and discovered that it’s expired and contacted her for solution but no response until I complained to Carousell where she is also denying she knows the product was expired
