In my defence, the buyer was insecure despite reassuring her that the book was the most recent version. She continued to ask for clarification on the version, which suggests pulling out of the deal if the version was wrong. I think any other seller would make this reasonable decision to sell to another buyer who was willing to come and pick it up. Why waste time with someone who may pull out in the end? Also, her use of capital letters and emotionally triggered feedback was uncalled for.
