My parcel was lost at my condo! Seller did help me to contact the delivery guy and gave me his number too. But upon me contacting him, he said nothing can be down as he claimed that he already delivered my parcel . Seller only ask me to deal directly with him but didn’t bother after that to help me out or at least discuss with me about the lost parcel . at least could have given me a refund

The parcel was DELIVERED. Your condo guard could have wrongly given your parcel to somebody else or you might have misplaced this. That is NOT TRUE that I didn’t provide any help. I contacted you several times over Carousell and WhatsApp. I went high and low contacting every party - Easy parcel and Flash Express agents. I sent you the conversation screenshots between me and the parcel guy, didn’t I? You did not reply to my last messages and decided to accuse me and leave me bad review here.
