item did not received.follow up with the seller after a week. only said the rider has it in which i follow up for the waybill to track and updated again it was mistakenly included to other parcel of other buyer. i gave ultimatum for a day to refund me but with no action. so disappointing. very persistent to ff up with payment but once received, no updates. unprofessional poor customer service
