She left a one star review calling me mean and aggressive. Girl, a narcissist who does not know how to apologise or take accountability for their own mistakes do not deserve kind words. The least one could do after being informed of an error is to apologise. But no, she refused to admit & even claimed she is not wrong cos of reasons which dont make any sense e.g. (claimed UK10/US6 = S, not M)
