25/6 paid for the product, still cannot get it for almost three weeks time. First contacted about the shipping arrangement on 6/7 and said will arrange within two days, yet still not yet shipped and lost contacted afterwards.

Also contacted you to refund, provided you sent me message to say I took your HKD80… this is not a nice buyer behaviour. I didn’t not lose contact, I just replied slower since I was on business trip. Pls give the full picture when you review ! You should be thankful that I didn’t want to send you the broke shoes, and cancelled the deal by myself.
