Pre-payment & delivery: seller was responsive & transparent about the scratches sa likod. But she didn't mention na the keyboard doesn't turn off na pala & even auto restarts every 3 hrs. Got this at a lower price nga, but I would've appreciated 100% honesty. 1st time ko din makatanggap nang nilagay lang sa paper bag w/o any cover. Lack of urgency din post-transaction when I asked re: the defects.
