Seller accepted payment through Carousell with Buyer Protection and order already reached preparing/shipping stage, but later cancelled the order after payment was made. Refund was received, but overall transaction felt unreliable and time-wasting. Would recommend future buyers to be cautious and only deal strictly through Carousell platform.
