Wasn't a pleasant transaction though it wasn't entirely the seller fault. I'm partly to blame. However given the unpleasantness it's difficult to describe the overall experience as positive.
As the seller, I did not make any mistake at all. Item was genuine and listed exactly as described. Buyer probably could not fit the item and demanded for a refund. Made false accusations and posted fake photos to try to get a refund. Rude and aggressive on the phone when I reached out to clarify. I had to go to Carousell customer service to lodge complaint against her behavior. Very bizarre and dishonest buyer.
Item was in great condition. Seller was prompt and friendly too! ☺️
