This person is seriously irresponsible. Have offered for a free item that I am giving out. Texted this person at about 4pm plus and saw that it has been read at about 5pm. . Supposed to meet at 6pm Tanjong Pagar mrt and I waited for an hour until 7pm without response from this person. Wasted my time waiting. Horrible person and super irresponsible. Please don’t deal with this person.
