Not to put it too bluntly. Time wasting seller. Arranged to meet up at dover, I travelled from very end of east side to dover and dropped a message said I'm reaching.He said he got important errands and can't meet. Didn't even send me a message before hand said he can't make it. Gave him a chance and arranged a meeting today. Claims to say he will be late a little. Reached meeting area send him texts and no replies. Waited for 1 hour and no signs of him. Totally a waste of my time travelling.
