friendly seller! prompt replies. received bkg confirmation on the same day payment was made! highly recommended! 23 May: made a 2nd booking and it was cancelled. asked for updates/refunds but no feedbacks. seller was usually very prompt in response but he went mia 24 May: seller replied & provided refund promptly. he explained cancellation was due to int system issues 23 Nov: was helping fellow carousell user get back their refund but he/she just updated to say seller didn’t reply at all 😠

Seller agreed to hold on the hotel booking till further notice. When needed his assistance to book, there was no response. AT LEAST RETURN MY MONEY Update(23/11): apparently seller is still dealing with other users, ignoring all the negative comments that he should be getting back to. Texted him on whatsapp and got blocked shortly after(have screenshot proof). My monetary loss isn't that much compared to what some of you guys are paying. Beware! Deal at your own risk.

Sold me fake Google account. Claimed to offer unlimited Google drive storage for lifetime. Actually now that account locked. No replies from the seller anymore.

Account was working but only for a short while. Now it has been flagged by Google and unable to retrieve any of our previous backup data. Buy at your own risk.

My booking got cancelled by hotels.com. Found out 1 day before check in when I randomly called the hotel to check on my booking. It was a total nightmare. Seller was prompt in refunding back the amount. I had to then book it myself at more than double the amount bec of the surge in price. It's been more than a month and hotels.com has never gotten back to me. Such a horrible experience. I'm only glad that the seller was genuine and refunded back my money quickly.

the seller was prompt in refunding the $ when Hotels.com canceled my bookings. However, it was a nightmare when I realized that when I booked the same hotels with my own account and credit card, my own bookings were subsequently canceled automatically and Hotels.com has been unable to give me a resolution so far. 1 of the hotels is now fully booked and the others have surged in price. Advise not to book through a 3rd party if you'd not like to go through this ordeal.
