A time waster. I checked the items they wanted, checked all possible discounts for them, recalculated the total cost after their change of mind, only to be ghosted after it all. No reply when asked for updates. Maybe you feel bad that you had a change of mind so you MIA, but believe me, if you had just told me, I would be understanding, not annoyed, and this low review wouldn't have been given.
