Very good experience with J-Cool Air Conditioning! 👍 Prompt response even though I enquired late in the afternoon, they arrange servicing early the next morning. Alan was knowledgeable & professional. He worked hard to fix the fan coil leaking & icing issue. After servicing, air con back in good working condition. Reasonable price as advertised on Carousell. Great guy. Not pushy & give sound advice on how to deal with my unique issue. I followed his advice and have to wait & see if the gas leak is severe or minor. If very minor can service do chemical wash after 2-3 months from today

Very good servicing

Seller was very responsive to enquiries and getting a booking is quick. 3 x Aircon technicians were punctual on the date of appointment. They were very polite and respectful. They inspected the aircons, explained what needs to be carried out and the price. They were thorough but quick in the servicing. A good clean up was carried out at end of the servicing. Thank you.

Very impress with their service! I requested for an appointment on a Sunday evening for a Monday’s morning slot, and boss immediately called me to make arrangement and find out what’s wrong with the aircon. They came promptly the next morning, and did a great job thoroughly cleaning up the aircons, compressor, pipes. Everything was done so well and professionally. Highly recommended!

Excellent air-con servicing experience! The team was professional, punctual and very thorough with the cleaning and servicing. They explained the work clearly, handled everything carefully, and left the area clean after completing the job. Most importantly, no hard selling, only recommend what I need.
