Hi I would’ve appreciated it if you had dropped me a message. The item has not been used at all as I already have one that we use at home just that we had accidentally double bought. As mentioned, the item had not been used before as we realised we double bought only after the seal had been opened and therefore had to be sold on carousel for a much bellow what we bought . There was also no mention when you inspected the item . I’m sorry you feel as such however I assure the item hasn’t been used
