Non paying after accepting a deal

This person has made an offer which I have accepted. I also have provided a video of the product as requested by him via WhatsApp (Carousel does not support video). After amendments (payment etc.) on Carousell which was requested by this person, he is now silent. Dont waste your time with this person as he does not have the audacity to respond and go through with the sale after making an offer.
