Seller does not disclose shipment schedule and other terms and agreement at the beginning. Since I needed the item right away, I thought it will be shipped the same day and when she disclosed that it will be shipped by weekend, I wanted to retract my purchase and my downpayment since she did not inform me about the “no refund” policy. I had a hard time getting my downpayment even though I asked.
