Wanted to buy one of my shirts , negotiation $5 down and i agreed, i said only do mailing due to covid-19 , then he insisted that only meet up, i said okay, since i have to go fairprice. said meet up on a day at 7:15, then say he working until 7, keep asking me not to disturb when i just want to confirm the meet up, nvr replied since then , it has been 2 days, HE DOESNT HAVE BASIC COURTESY....
