This is my first time ordering a jelly cake and my family is in awe with the intricate details and how exquisite the cake is. Jelly cake is perfect for elderly who doesn't like the usual cake with too much cream. Feedback: the bottom layer of the cake is alittle too sweet. it would have been perfect if the sweetness for the bottom layer can be adjusted to the same for the top layer.
