I double confirmed twice that the seller could help carry the item into the lorry, and he agreed both times. Based on that, I arranged and paid for Lalamove. When the driver arrived, the seller suddenly refused to help and asked me to cancel, taking no responsibility for the cost. Very disappointing and unreliable. Poor experience.
