Fast and decisive
Absolutely hassle free and v courteous. Great to deal with.
Buyer took possession of a working set but they don’t know how to use it and all you know could have damage it. They bombarded with constant email about this instead of being proactive and get help from Meyer support. For a $45 deal they expected heaven and earth - do not deal with these guys.
The coffee maker was broken when we received it and seller did not include the manual. Carousell support has the entire thread of message for documentation. Seller has been reported for selling a broken product. Issue with the broken product has not been resolved and I am out $45.
