Buyer claimed that the condition of the item was worse than expected although it was communicated clearly prior to the transaction. Buyer then requested a refund which was ultimately rejected by Carousell. Would not recommend.

There was some misunderstanding with the buyer, I was not aware that she had made payment & offered her the following options: - Proceed to mail out the item - Proceed with a refund I am currently awaiting for her reply and will update again.
