Great buyer to deal with! Pleasant transaction! Thank you!
Seller was prompt in replying and really quick to deal with! Lovely experience dealing with her! Updated feedback: out of 5 rolls I purchased, I opened 2 and found that 1 couldn't stick well. Informed seller and she suggested a exchange for me. Requested for a refund for 3 unopened rolls and was told no refunds allowed. Was not informed by seller that the stocks are old stocks. Hence quality may be compromised.
Everyone on carousell should know that there is risk involve if you opted for normal mail. Standing at my point of view, I can also think that u have received your item but just wanna make a big fuss by saying you didn't. So I would hope that u wouldn't just leave a negative feedback without get the facts. ✨Have already cleared the issue and it is because of incorrect address which is what SingPost stated. Buyer will come and collect the case later on. Glad that the misunderstanding is cleared.
Finally the mystery has been solved, the issue lie on the address is incorrect as mentioned by singpost. But both seller and buyer had confirmed that the address is correct. In this case , I will personally go down to collect , to avoid any further trouble . I would say that the seller is the responsible person, after all these issues, the seller will be able to inform the buyer once he receive the bounce back mail. Good responsibility , good job
Friendly and awesome seller! Received item in excellent condition! Thanks! (:
