理想的處理機制： 收到爭議商品時，先聯絡賣家反映問題（如退款、退貨），給予對方適當的售後服務時間。若賣家態度積極並妥善解決，雙方便能化解紛爭。 直接給予 1 星負評，完全剝奪了賣家提供售後服務與彌補錯誤的機會，導致原本可以簡單解決的問題變成僵局。 溝通是解決問題的最佳途徑，直接給予負評確實會讓簡單的售後事宜變得複雜。 此人沒有重視與買家的溝通，收到貨品後，直接給予一星劣評。
