Unreliable seller. Not prompt in replying. Asked for proof of mail, drag super long for it. Disappointed in the item delivered. Specifically asked if it’s a maxi dress, seller said yes. It is not a maxi dress when received! First negative experience on Carousell goes to you. Only can blame myself for still trusting you regardless of the negative experience from other people already.

Disappointing experience. Agreed to deal with seller over the weekends as she couldn't deal fast, yet item is sold to someone else despite the agreed deal beforehand. What's the point of the agreement to deal then?

Not recommended, refuses to be accountable for her mistakes. Initially stated that dress would be M size. When the item arrived, turned out to be S. Also deleted original size description and claimed that carousell deletes descriptions upon marking as sold (untrue) and does not want to reproduce online MDS invoice for me to do an exchange as she said that email has been deleted (though in the same morning, mentioned that she checked email and it's past 7 days so not possible to exchange).
