Hassle free deal. Responsive to replies and friendly seller. She also patiently explains to me about what I need to check on the item.
Time wasted. As a seller you must check first what you are selling.
I did check on the machine before selling, and I was the one asking you to check and check again. I don’t sell faulty machine and none of my customer have this issue before. I did apologise on the spot and try to change the unit for you because you need it urgently. I don’t expect you to understand and accept my apologise but please do not throw all your anger and comment irresponsibly.
Purchased a Lenovo T450s in great condition at a good price. Maxine was helpful and upgraded the OS before I collected it. Communication was excellent. Highly recommended
